She is very compassionate but at the same time real. She challenged my thoughts and my beliefs. She made me uncomfortable at times, but I have grown and my mindset is changing. She was always an email away when I had doubts, questions, and when I needed a reality check. My journey is still not over, I have a ton of more work to do, but the tools and skills Sarah has taught me really have helped with my transformation. I recommend this program to anyone who is willing to get uncomfortable and help you put an end to feeling crazy around food. But you have to do the work, she makes you believe In yourself. She will also teach you the importance of self-love and showing yourself compassion. Sarah is awesome and so is her coaching!
If you’re ready to really “go there” and get to the heart of your body image road blocks, I can’t recommend Sarah enough. Her coaching has helped me in my journey immensely. She is nurturing and challenging all at once. Sarah is always there for me, providing me with all kinds of questions to ask myself and tools to help me really dig deep into self-discovery. She has helped me unearth feelings and thought patterns I didn’t even know I had and would never have explored on my own. I’ve found the ultimate act of self care for me is working with Sarah.
Sarah is a kind hearted and passionate woman. She can help you shed your preconceived notions, and help you go out into the word trusting your self and and stepping into the Bad Ass Authentic person you are. It’s not just outer body help, but a self love program.
Working with Sarah helped me to completely change my thinking about what beauty and being a healthy person mean to me. I used to judge myself so harshly and compared myself to an impossible standard of beauty and thinness. She helped me to deeply know, just as I don’t love my friends and family because of what they look like, people who love me are not judging my body at all. They simply want me to be healthy and happy. It seems like such a “duh” realization yet I really thought I had to be “perfect” in order to be a good person, a good doctor, and a good example of healthy living. In addition to finding freedom with a better body image, Sarah also helped me to finally be normal around food. With a history of an eating disorder, there were still some foods and situations that scared me. She gave me action steps to overcome any residual weirdness around food so that I am relaxed and calm in any situation. My number one goal in working with Sarah was to have 100% freedom from food, body, and weight obsession and I achieved exactly that. It feels amazing!
I must admit I was initially skeptical about trying a coaching program, but I can honestly say that deciding to take the leap and work with Sarah is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Sarah is a remarkable woman and dedicated coach – compassionate, warm and inspiring! From the moment she quickly responded with tremendous compassion after I reached out to her, I could tell that she was a sincere woman, truly passionate about helping others find food freedom, body acceptance and cultivate self-love. Sarah is very relatable and understands firsthand how challenging and messy this journey is and she was extremely patient and empathetic with me throughout the entire process. She is wholeheartedly invested in her clients and was genuinely there for me every single step of the way – supporting me during my struggles, celebrating my victories and always believing in me, even on the days when I didn’t believe in myself. I tried this program hoping it would help me lessen my obsessions with food and compulsive over-exercising. I desperately wanted to find some freedom from the self-imposed body hatred that had consumed me for years and left me feeling anxious, exhausted and like I was never good enough. Through my work with Sarah I actually ended up gaining so much more. The wisdom and life lessons I have learned have been profound and life-changing. Although I am still a work in progress, I finally recognize that I am, and always have been, enough. This realization has lead me on the path to becoming happier, more confident and courageous and I’m beginning to embrace life like never before. Sarah is truly a radiant woman, with a beautiful soul and compassionate heart. She has a gift for connecting with others and empowering them as they discover their own greatness. Working with Sarah has been a transformative experience in my life. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking freedom and growth….my only regret is that I didn’t discover Sarah sooner!
Sarah is a badass and so inspiring to work with. She cuts through your bullshit, lovingly, and helps you get to a place of following your own heart and values instead of society’s, your family’s, or whoever else. In our work together, I’ve finally realized that body obsession is a distraction from my true awesomeness, a waste of my energy and life. It’s a lifelong journey, but working with Sarah has given me tools and confidence to shine as I am.
I cannot recommend Sarah enough. She was the best coach for me at the time when I found he because we shared the exact same experience and I actually think her body image and the way she feels about her body helped me a lot to understand and accept changes in mine. Sarah is a coach who actually cares rather than money orientated and she goes beyond the designated time to help or advice in the groups.
Too many times we hate our bodies because of societies twisted view on beauty and fitness. Sarah helps women to breakthrough societies standards and to love and appreciate the body they have. I struggled with a binge eating disorder for over a year. I felt like I had no control which made me binge even more. I also had a huge complex in my head that if you didn’t lift weights then you were wasting your time and that cardio was for the wimpy. Through working with Sarah I was able to overcome my binge eating disorder and gain freedom back in my life. I was also able to understand that fitness is whatever you love doing. I would highly recommend Sarah to any woman who wants to help redefine, and find peace with their body, food, and fitness. By working with Sarah find self-love, self-acceptance and happier way of living life!!
I had been on a quest for a six pack and perfect bikini body for over 2 years. After countless diets… low carb, low cal, no fruit, macro counting, and a wide array of trainers, supplements, and workout programs, I was exhausted mentally and physically. I was unhappy with myself and frustrated with the lack of results (and the insane amount of money spent on trainers and supplements). Something had to change because everything was moving in the wrong direction.
Thankfully, I came across Sarah via Instagram. She opened up new ideas to me about body acceptance, self love and mindful eating. She was very responsive and patient with me as I didn’t make progress overnight. Sarah cares for each and every one of her clients!
Even though I am still a work in progress, I am so much better off than I was 3 months ago. I can eat French fries and cake and not feel guilty. I am doing workouts I want to do instead of something someone told me to do. I eat healthy because it makes me feel good. It is an empowering feeling and I couldn’t have done it with the wisdom and support from Sarah!
Sarah is so approachable and real. Her true spirit, soul, and heart comes through in everything she touches – articles, stories, photos, and comments. What I learned in our work together is that a small shift in attitude and the way I look at things regarding self-care is all that is needed to be able to love myself where I am – and let my true self shine through.
It takes a lot of work – a lot of hard work – and a lot of time – but it is worth it. There are years of negative messages to sort through still – they are not going away over night… but Sarah keeps me going!
